It’s time for the 33rd Annual Golf Classic, a fundraising event for the United Cerebral Palsy of San Diego (UCP-SD), which supports more than 8,500 people. On August 17th there will be more than 130 players, and dozens more businesses who are participating in this years event. The event helps to raise funds that support disabled persons of the United Cerebral Palsy to get local jobs and assist in other areas that may be difficult for people with Cerebral Palsy.
This year we are proud to announce that we will be sponsoring one of the 18 holes on the golf course to support disabled people with Cerebral Palsy. This year the San Diego UCP has raised over $65,000 to support this difficult disease and help people with local programs such as educational seminars, access to handicap devices and job findng services.
